Regulations Regarding Rolls for Pupils: Amendment

The Minister of Health has in terms of section 45(1) of the Nursing Act, 1978 (Act No. 50 of 1978), on the recommendation of the South African Nursing Council, made the regulations in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Definition

1.    In this Schedule “the Regulations” means the regulations published under Government Notice No. R. 3736 of 14 November 1969, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R. 170 of 12 February 1971, R. 1207 of 7 July 1972, R. 1648 of 20 September 1974, R. 2210 of 31 October 1980, R. 818 of 30 April 1982, R. 1131 of 23 September 1999 and R. 707 of 22 July 2005.

Amendment of regulation 2 of the Regulations

2.    Regulation 2 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution in subregulation (1) for the expression “seventy-five rand (R75,00)” of the expression “eighty-two rand and forty-six cents (R82,46)”.

Amendment of regulation 4 of the Regulations

3.    Regulation 4 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution in subregulation (1) for the expression “seventy-five rand (R75,00)” of the expression “eighty-two rand and forty-six cents (R82,46)”.

Commencement of regulations

4.    These regulations shall come into operation on the date of publication in the Gazette.
