Regulations relating to Examination Fees of the South African Nursing Council

The Minister of Health has, in terms of section 45(1) of the Nursing Act, 1978 (Act No. 50 of 1978), in consultation with the South African Nursing Council, made the regulations in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

1.    In these regulations "the Regulations" means regulations published under Government Notice No. R.7 of 8 January 1993 as amended by Government Notices R.2174 of 19 November 1993 and R.16 of 3 January 1997, repeated in R.60 of 17 January 1997.

Amendment of regulation 16 of the regulations

2.    Regulation 16 of the regulations is hereby amended by the-

(a) substitution in paragraph (a) for the expression "R45,00 plus VAT" of the expression "R60,00 plus VAT"; and

(b) substitution in paragraph (b) for the expression "R55,00 plus VAT" of the expression "R70,00 plus VAT".

3.    These regulations come into operation on the date of publication.
