Invitations to Tender
From time to time, Council may issue invitation to tender notices and
information on this website. This is done as a service to would-be
suppliers inorder to provide an easy to use gateway where information about any
such tenders can be readily accessed.

SANC-P001-2010 : Back Scanning and Microfilming of Paper Records

African Nursing Council invites tenders from interested parties to supply the
following services and equipment:

Back
scanning of approximately 360 000 files to digital media
(approximately 18 million pages) – to be done on-site at the Council
offices in Pretoria

Indexing
of the scanned images
-
Copying
of scanned images to microfilm for archive purposes
-
Supply
of high speed scanning equipment and scanning software for Council’s own
use
Council will only consider tenders that meet the full
tender requirements – which must be downloaded from the South African
Nursing Council website at www.sanc.co.za
Tenders must be lodged in a sealed envelope at the
offices of the Council, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083 not
later than 12:00 on Friday 26 February 2010.
